Ive only used this monitor occasionally maybe 10 times at most over the past 6 months and already the camera unit will not turn on unless it is plugged in the battery is useless and the brightness on the parent unit can no longer be turned down the down arrow seems to be broken

The charging port is now too loose to hold the charger in place so that it will charge the battery
