The solution was to use device manager to delete the inateck drivers and revert to the inbox windows 10 drivers

If using for windows mr make sure to let microsoft install its driver and do not install the provided ones

My mobo is very old by todays standards and for some reason theres software or hardware issues with vr devices

But one work of warning the windows 10 builtin drivers are much more stable than the drivers that you can get off the manufacturers website
