First unit failed but company were extremely helpful and quick in collecting faulty unity and replacing with new unit

The manual could be better very limited but gives the basics to operate

Once you’ve set the oven temperature you then dial in the cooking time required but it can take the oven 10 minutes to reach the required temperature so you have to guess how long to add on to the cooking time to allow for this

I must have misread the information i thought you could it in a fixed space or on top of work surface either i had the wrong glasses on or the information was wrong

I want max temp for convection every time so i have change the temp up to 230c every single time which is highly annoying
