I’m very impressed with the quality and functionality of the igenix ig2605 oil filled radiator
This is a pleasant looking and sturdy product
Build quality seemed fine but nothing really screamed premium product
However we had a problem with the wheels the brackets sent to attach the wheels to the radiator did not match and 1 was too small
Packaging/appearance
Packaging needs to be improved as fins bite into the polystyrene in transit which breaks it up

We called the company who supplied the radiator and asked them to send another bracket which fits

This seems to be a big problem for them and despite sending pictures of the bracket by email and speaking to them by telephone no bracket has arrived as yet 10 days later

Thermostat a bit loose ie it doesnt maintain a particularly exact temperature

There is a design issue though with the fact it is difficult to move around as there is one nonhot side where you can touch and the handle area where you are supposed to put your hand is very shallow for your hand to go in basically it is difficult to manoeuvre when hot
