I have tested and reviewed numerous blue tooth head sets by manufacturer request including several brands of this particular style in which the ear phone is outside the ear and supported by the rubber ear pieces inside

Usability to turn on and off you push a large circular power button that covers the whole right ear piece holding down for 3 seconds to turn on or off

After you have positioned the ear buds in your ears you will feel along the front ridge of one of the ear buds a little button to hold up for increased volume and down for decreased volume
