Pros
My dogs are a shihtzu breed and about 10-13 lbs.
Double magnetic flaps and weatherstripping appear to seal quite well. Outside * has a built in silicone seal.
No human regrets so far. Checked a lot of reviews and paid just a wee bit more for this.
Was very hesitant to do the wall but went for it. It's solidly made and easy to install. Needs to meet differing wall thickness dimensional requirements for various installation locations.
This door has two plastic flaps with a magnetized strip across the bottom of each flap. Double flaps, outer gasket, and overall well built. The two flaps are much thicker and heavier than the old one.
Cons
What a disappointment. After not even a few times the cat has gone through it, the outside flap is all bent up.

They seemed to wear out faster than the flap and the outside flap is always in the direct sunlight during the hottest part of the day

I just needed to remove the 4 screws and take out the old door

By the way i got a larger size and though its not labelled for use with cats i was able to train my cat to use it just fine
