This is a great device that will save me throwing money out of the window. Works perfectly for me.

It seems sturdy and looks great. This seems to be a real duh moment. It's quite a tight squeeze, but it's working.

Cons

No insulation, single pane, unit has a small gap in frame. Once the cat goes through, the flap stays open. To 2 inch gap shy of closing.

Just don't waste your time and money purchasing this. It's overpriced and not worth it. This product is much too expensive for the low functionality of it.
