Ive been taking this product for three weeks now and i have noticed a huge difference
The first couple of weeks i noticed an increase of intestinal gas but that subsided when i increased to the recommended dosage 3x a day and took it right before a meal
I found that taking the recommended dosage right before i eat works the best
