I have done this in the past with two forks or tongs or had to wait for the meat to cool and struggled with hacking off chunks and trying to cut it or half shred it into bite sized portions and it just takes forever

I just got these claws at a discount in exchange for my testing and review so i was anxious to see if they would make any difference in my processing of the meat and i gambled with my timing and pulled them out of the smoker literally as the guests were arriving
