Two of the wheels go in all direction but the other two are locked to just go back and forth so you can not do a 360 turn with ease but you can still turn fully around but with a very wide awkward turn
Also be careful with smaller boxes as they can slide right through the back where you hold the handle since there isnt a lower bar to keep the smaller boxes from falling through the back
