Black lentils are greatest legume hands down. They hold their shape instead if turning to mush like red lentils do.

These are brown lentils dyed black! It's insane the lengths people go to defraud you and this is something that's edible.

Also i was surprised that they were smaller than lentils im used to i actually really like the texture and they cooked a little faster because theyre smaller
