Pros

It's super solid, heavy but portable and so pretty for a fan. Not thin or flimsy. It circulates the air and makes good white noise for sleeping.

There was some dust but not enough to stop operation. Easy to remove cover for cleaning. Real metal, could probably be repaired if necessary.

Cons

Don't really need to pay a premium for hunter fans anymore. Cheapen everything. A total bummer. If you're not willing to part with $60-$75 and have zero expectations, this isn't the fan for you.

Talk about a cheap (almost counterfeit) looking, poorly manufactured version of the original. They are now cheaply made like the rest.

My hunter table fan makes a serious scratching noise during about 1/2 of the rotation. It oscillates to one side and then dies. Motor basically burns out. Would rattle terribly when turned on.
