I have been using this for neck pain and for headaches and it provides almost instant relief
As a former nurse and emt it was fairly easy to figure out so for anyone who needs instructions i will list the howto to help in this review
Step 1 when you take this out of the plastic sleeve it looks like a deflated balloon do not get discouraged
Step 2 unhook the velcro straps in the front of the device and place the device around the neck with the blue velvety side up toward the face
