Pros
They're a godsend! It’s flexible and like a soft-touch material when you feel it. They offer targeted relief, are incredibly flexible and comfortable. Would purchase again.
It molds in the pouch perfectly. It easily accommodates flat in my freezer. Freezes quickly and doesn't drip all over the place during use.
Cons
As it warms up water literally flows off of it soaking through towel & clothing. The most annoying thing is it popped up when i used microwave.

Granted i was using it repeatedly for a week straight and putting my weight on it so that’s probably why it popped
Unfortunately it split at one of the edges at a year and a half into having it

This gel pack is so worth the price
The price isnt too steep either which was a bonus

Wrapped in a fingertip towel this ice pack is just the right size to ease discomfort in most areas
I havent used this as an ice pack but the heat pack in the microwave works so well

This is an improvement over other cold packs havent used it as a hot pad yet but may order another to have one for cold and one for heat

Be sure to wrap the gel pack in a lightweight towel so there’s no direct contact with the ice

Unfortunately i bought because i was hurt but i needed to do hot warm compress and alternate to cold compress on and off
