Pros

Serving size suggests 1 tbls, but i am curbing my fat intake so used 1 tsp. It takes longer for the frother to blend it with my coffee. Hoosier farms is very good too but seemed a bit bland to us.

Cream powder works well for cooking and baking. Put it in the fridge overnight so it becomes more like fresh cream. Great convenience when you run out of the fresh cream that does not last in your frig. Perfect for cookie baking.

A pinch of sea salt really brings out the flavor of this concoction. I mix it in a shaker with the little whisk ball and it turns out wonderfully.

Cons

Using the blender only separates the milkfat to the top. This is nothing but a badly made cheap fake powdered substitute for the real powdered milk products out there.

Buyer beware that you are getting all the old stuff being sold first. Hoosier hill farm supposedly guarantees their products- not so much if you purchase thru amazon.

This lumpy and inferior product tastes exactly like a 1970's version of powdered milk.

I decided to try out the powder because i could use just what i needed and the powder is easily stored for longterm usage
