My thanks to #netgalley and #marinerbooks for the advance copy ebook of homecoming by #katemorton. Homecoming’ is right at the top of my favorites, tied with her ‘distant hours’ (oh, the mudman! Homecoming has two timelines and a book within a book.

Cons

Same story is told over and over from different characters point of view, and sometimes being rehashed in a characters thoughts. Plot really is not all that exciting. I realize i am in the minority, but this book was tedious and boring.

It is way too long and rambles all over the place, full of unnecessary tangents and details. All are unlikable. This was contrived from beginning to end. Way tooooo long.
