It's only hubby and me at home so this works beautifully. It is very pretty and came well packed.

The teapot is small but gives up two medium size cup, if you make one color tea. Can make about 2 regular side mugs of tea. My wife loves it and has been using it every day. I will buy it as a gift for every friend who enjoys tea.

Best part of the product is the security of the lid. It is necessary to wrap a kitchen towel around it. And i'm careful not to knock it against anything that might cause it to shatter while it is still warm.

The water filters through the strainer efficiently so that the tea makes up quickly. It pours without a dribble. After all these years of making teas from homegrown herbs by soaking those little baskets in a cup at a time, this is wonderful.

The tea pot is nice and does the job intended to do but it's too oooooo small. The tea-strainer is difficult to remove after the tea has steeped.
