You have to push that sucker in quite hard to secure the strap back after adjustments

They are made of aluminum 7075 don’t feel heavy at all unless you are looking for featherweight poles which can’t be made of this material

Just a move clip not sure the actual term here and they provide a chart online of what the height should be of the poles
