Pros
All of my fish love this, even the smaller rummy nose and black neons. The discus love this but it does leave a alittle food particle dust on the bottom of the tank which the catfish quickly cleans up.

Bought it for the high protein level and color enhancement. Looks to be enhancing red color in my discus. It also has special vitamins that make your discus grow faster and enhances their colors.
Cons
These sink fast and they're not bottom feeders. Save your money buy tetra tropical granules. Doesn't stick on the glass. I just let mine float.
