It's not inexpensive, so it's nice to find it for less on amazon. Maybe start with the honey lemon - i hear it's the least offensive in that regard.
As a professional singer this is a must have item for me. I speak for a living and periodically my voice gets weak. Just before going on stage to sing, use 2 squirts.
When i spray it in my *, i kinda do a cat gagging motion and my shoulders shudder. The taste is strong but not repulsive. Contains echinacea for killing the bacteria in the back of the *.
Cons
This is dangerous stuff and the taste is horrific. I wish i had seen the detailed ingredients before that this is 50% alcohol. I was shot for the rest of the afternoon.

I will keep using though as the only other thing that works is a numbing lozenge which numbs my whole mouth and throat and makes food taste funny
