Pros

Compared to the iron supplement, there is no risk of overdose. It protects our skin the way it protects plant leaves from burning since they are in the sun all day. Hemo levels are also up.

It helps immensely when it comes to working out. Great product and works as advertised. Now i put it in my pre workout every morning to boost my workouts.

The taste is actually sweet, whereas others may taste bitter and astringent. Has a subtle minty taste. It is a very green taste but i don'tfind it disagreeable.

Cons

I did not end up ingesting this product as it has maltodextrin as an ingredient. Whether this ingredient is non-gmo or not, it is not healthy and it akin to hfcs.
