As a hemorrhoid sufferer, these are great. I am honestly so insecure about them and am grateful that this product works as well as it does.

The wedge is washable and easily sanitized.

First big flare. This is much easier than using an iced bath & a lot less messier.

Cons

Plastic casing is too thick. Excess is stiff and scratchy. Hard and somewhat sharp plastic seam is uncomfortable.

Doesn't stay in place even when laying on your side while healing from surgery. Only stays frozen for about 30 mins after putting product in place on area of treatment. If you can remember to remove gel pack before you fall asleep you're probably safe... Read More

Out of all the things ive used creams sprays suppositories cushions this little ice pack works wonders

It does not last long maybe 10 to 15 minutes tops so i see why people say to buy more than one two pack

As soon as it was frozen i grabbed one out and used it only to find out the gel was leaking out of a side

I noticed that someone sells them with cloth sleeves for a couple dollars more

But the gel thats inside melts quickly and i feel the item is way overpriced for what it is

I refer to these as my as cubes to my husband
