My hope was that this charger looked different enough from the other aftermarket chargers that they may have gone the cheaper and far more durable route of using vinyl plastic to cover the cords like the rest of the world except apple
My apple charger stopped working for my early 2014 macbook air and i wasnt about to pay for an apple replacement
I grabbed the 85w one which is overkill but i like the idea of being able to charge my macbook pro with it as well
Its quite large but my only complaint really is that the end doesnt snap on in the same manner as the original so you cant use the factory extension
