Mostly its just a volume problem

In addition to that i keep a bluetooth in one ear while i work which makes that side even more muffled

So i use this to both compensate for the slight deadening of volume my ears are facing and to amplify enough so that i can pick things up easier on the side the bluetooth is on

First one quit working for some reason but they sent me another one right away

If you can adjust to having an aid behind your ear all the time then perhaps you might want to move up to a more expensive unit
