Pros
These packets are great and durable. Tasty and versatile. Packets are full, box is full, color is good, and no waste.
This set of dehydrated veggies is awesome! For things like sour cream veggie dip, dried veggies are the way to go. For cous cous, i usually let the veggies soak in 1 part veg, 3 parts water for about 20 minutes.
Great for traveling, but also for homies. Also a great size for transporting in a backpack or camping box. Great for my nomadic, minimalist lifestyle.
Make your own boxed rice and noodle dishes. Make sure to take some rotini to mix in with your soups for the carbs.
Great stuff. Really top notch. Great selection.
Cons
Whole package was not as advertised. Even if i add up all of the printed weights it comes out to about 39 ounces, where advertised at 44 ounces.

When making ramen soup i used a tbsp of each of the several vegetable packets added bone broth with ramen noodles to cook and then topped it with tomato powder

They arent cheap but the quality is very good

I assume they would last 10 years or more as they are or you could seal in mylar bags for longer storage
