Very easy to clean handy pan i use it alot for cooking seafood fish and clams and chicken a magnet in the handle keeps the pan closed the top seals to the bottom with a gasket with a steam escape hole in the middle of the hinge acting like a pressure cooker i like that you have the option to just flip over the closed pan to cook the topside without having to open and turn over each piece this model is not induction cooker compatible

You are supposed just to use one side of it and the lid closes completely to keep the steam

The heat doesnt distribute well enough to the side and when you grill something it causes steam which makes it watery
