Pros

The best part about these grippers is how inexpensive they are. Grippers are a great way to relieve stress and use your desire to crush something for productive benefit. Thanks to this i now have a nice firm grip when i shake hands.

Hand-strengthening tool. Works great as my hands are weak due to arthritis and aging. My fingers feel so much stronger allowing me to practice longer. Adjustable resistance so you can adjust the resistance as your strength increases.

Hand exerciser has a heavy duty spring and adjustment knob. The adjustable spring allows for gradual increase in resistance. It is easy to adjust for the different levels of resistance as well.

This grip strengthener is amazing. Would recommend this to friends. It is awesome.

Cons

The handles are actually so short, there is no room for my pinky. I have another one that goes up to 40kg and this spring is much less taught than the other product. The handle is not accurate and is not a good product if you are trying to work up to ... Read More
