Pros

The plastic holder is of appropriate weight and has rubber feet to keep it from sliding around. The stand is nice for holding on to the grinders. I like the little tray where they rest in.

The coarsness acheived for both salt and pepper are satisfactory. Very solid build and smooth grinding action. You can depress the grinder while it’s upside down and continue to hold it while you turn it right side up.

These are excellent quality machined billet stainless steel. They work 100x better than they look.

Cons

Instead of using metal throughout, they use a plastic piece to hold the top on and it has already given out. Terrible product and even worse customer service. It would be nice if they would at least replace, but unfortunately, i cannot find any seller... Read More

I almost bought the cheaper knockoff version and i read the reviews for it and decided to go with the original one

Their customer service is friendly and they act fast on any problems a customer has

The only downside is that they package them inside the lucite holder block which causes the steel to get scuffed pretty bad in shipping

They wipe right off it just some plastic rubbed onto the metal during shipping no problem
