Blade is easily adjustable. Adjustable blade depth is great for cabling with thicker sheathing. Round cable cutter is adjustable so you can test it on scrap.
Instructions are good (with photos) and easy to understand if you need to. You will get the gist of it quite quickly. Paladin has a well deserved reputation for making very well designed electrical tools.

Deeply disappointed. Don't use this product at all anymore. I am deeply disappointed.

Inspect the cable with a magnifier and if any of the inner wires were sliced adjust the tool for a shallower cut
