I must have the new style unit that theyre selling now because i can set the temperature all the way down to 0 degrees c 32° f

Of course the unit cannot cool the water but since the outdoor temperature stayed well below freezing the whole time this unit was able to maintain a stirred water bath at exactly 39°f an ideal temperature to rapidly yet safely defrost the turkeys

If you had a walkin cooler you could do it in that cooler too i suppose

And then it alarms when it finally reaches temp and you have to intervene to make it shut up
