The straps came in as a saver for my luggage bags

The closing mechanism is tight and does not come loose on its own and the strap portion is rough enough to mostly prevent this from shifting

If you move them around enough they all slightly loosen

While this suitcase did come with its own straps they arent very good ones

Placing these on the suitcase was easy just lengthen the straps more than you need place one horizontally through suitcase handles and the other vertically also through handles snap the buckles together then tighten as far as they will go without damaging the hard shell of the suitcase
