The versatility & options are amazing. I was baffled and completely overwhelmed. Very versatile and easy to use.
The bow is really sturdy, as it’s made of iron, and comes with a solid sturdy pair of resistance bands. Resistance bands (due to needing to be stretched to reach their tension weight, with this bands needing to. Be stretched 2.
Been exercising with this bow for the pat 6-7 months. Also for some exercises, the resistance bands this is based off of might challenge you most at full flexion.

Cons
This product is a way overpriced scam. I'd rather drive up to york pa and buy a 300-lb olympic barbell set from the york barbell factory store. Squats are pointless because tension disappears at bottom range.
The main product is listed as portable and pictured as breaking down into 3 parts. Otherwise, that bar is one long piece, way too large to pack into luggage and travel with. You pay for shipment and it still took forever.
