The locks have an outer steel covering that rotates and will not allow vise grips or other tools to be attached to locks

I like how secure it is i bought this one cause i lost the key for the other set i bought and i learned the hard way that the keys are designed differently if i had registered the product i could have got a replacement key so my wheels are on and if i need to change them i will have to cut out the wheel stud or find another way to take the locks out
