Pros & Cons
Pros
It does the job reliably. Would recommend to anyone. Looks small and cheap but it does a great job!
This item is easy to use, well made, and i would buy another if needed. It's extremelyeasy to use. It’s quick and easy to used.
Cons
If you let it drop all the way in, it leaves scratch marks along one side of the knife. I'm very disappointed as i bought this because it is what was suggested.
Highlights
Quality
I have since given them as gifts to many friends and family members who care about the quality of their knives all have loved the product
I have been extremely pleased with the performance of this sharpener on my global knives
I dont own professional knives at the moment so its bad knife design and has nothing to do with the sharpeners performance
To replace the sharpening wheels which are sold separately so thats another reason to be very careful with the amount of pressure you apply
Price
They are replaceable but costs nearly what a brand new unit costs
Packaging/appearance
Came with instructions on the box and an instruction leaflet in the box always helpful
Competitiveness
I have a global chef knife and this works great for it
This was originally recommended to me by a chef
I thought that was weird to later find out she used an american wusthof knife sharpener on them
