Pros

Way better than halogens (old yellow), florescent (dead white) or cheap rgb leds. Much brighter (and will cost less to operate) these provide even, true-color lighting for our counters. Great daylight light and dimming is great.

The installation guide is clear with all necessary diagrams. Wiring is easy and i had no problem with the cover plate. Just be prepared for a potentially difficult install, depending on your existing wiring.

Cons

This one has no adjustment and you have to drill / screw while holding the light. The company provides plastic covers for the hole that is used for mounting screws, but they don't stay in or can't be pushed in.
