As other people have said the air blows out only from one side of the front vent so dont think that its broken

If youre sensitive to this kind of noise while trying to get to sleep you should probably turn it off at night

For people sensitive to blue lights at night the unit will emit a blue glow that will bounce off the walls

If youre sensitive to this turn it off or put some tape over the blue faceplate
