If there is one appliance brand which has maintained my loyalty through the years, it has to be my george foreman grill. Bought this due to my apartment having * electric stove top and dont have room for an out side grill.

The drip tray catches all the juices. The grill surfaces and the drip pan, which have an incredible non-stick coating, are still in as-new condition. New drip pan is also dishwasher safe. No more spills on the counter top.

There appears to either be soot or something happening to the underneath of the cooking plates that is very dirty. Removable grill plates are not dishwasher friendly. Aluminum foil gives off toxic chemicals when heated.

Buy at your own risk, i am not pleased. This poorly design product was manufactured to do only one thing. This is the exact same thing that's been being sold for years, a device to drain the fat or any flavor at all from your food.

Does not reach advertised temperature. Using a thermocouple and meter, the temp is only 384 degrees after 15 minutes after it supposedly reached 425 degrees. Top lid registers only 364 degrees and lower only 360.
