The lemon flavor is my favorite. I mix it the night before so it's creamy in the morning and start sipping as soon as i wake up. I throw in a scoop of the ucan watermelon hydrate and it tastes awesome and the consistency is good.

It's a little spendy, but this stuff is the best. It works well for how it is being utilized.

Cons

The powder is as light as powdered sugar! Not even close. This product is only very marginally better than run of the mill corn starch.

It tastes similar to amoxicillin. The taste is quite honestly very chalky and hard to drink.
