Saved over $400 ordering it here compared to everywhere else. Was one of the top rated by consumer reports. If you read the instructions and learn how to care for it and are diligent about it's maintence it will last you for many years without problem... Read More

This thing is a workhorse. Started quickly and smoothed to a nice idle in no time.

Cons

The unit weighs more than 300 lbs empty, add in 20 gallons of gas, and it isn't very portable at all. Turned on the fuel valve and gas leaked out of the valve on to the battery.

I could have gotten by with the 10000 but for a few hundred bucks more i couldnt pass it up and i have no regrets

I have the15k portable generac with the black frame
