Pros
Love the thermal paste. Several degrees lower temps than most others. Also handy that it came with a tool to spread the paste with.

First thing i did when i received my i77700k was remove the stock thermal paste and replace it with the gcextreme
That being said it really lowers your temps and is good quality stuff

I filled a coffee cup with hot water and stuck the syringe in a ziplock bag inside the water for a few minutes before applying it
