    The feeder is plastic though so i imagine if strong winds broke it free of itshanging position it might crack when hitting a tree or a house

    A little more difficult to close than the larger gazebo feeder but the grackles and blackbirds dont seem to be able to feed from it whereas the cardinals grosbeaks finches nuthatches chickadees woodpeckers do alright

    The feeder is hung in a tree and quite a bit of the seed is knocked to the ground but is gobbled up by the larger firds

    I cant comment on squirrels because our location for it is squirrel proof

    If the roof separates from the body of the feeder it was because of a careless replacement
