What would give it close to a perfect score is if the fit of the bar tube into the arm that holds it was tighter

I would suspect fully half the people who bought this do not have a set of allen wrenches and as was the case in the one i bought if the arm is a bit loose you have to tighten it hard to do if you dont have the right size allen wrench
