Pros
It's durable, yet not too bulky. Has lots of grips and extra padding in case you drop your phone. Actually prefer the look of it to an otter box.
Came with a screen protector and one of the rubber pen things for your screen. The stylus works wonderfully. Easy button access. Great product. The case is amazing!
Great quality product with a very snug fit to the phone. Everyone admires it. Although there is a tiny gap down the bottom where the charger connects.
Cons
The audio jack hole in the case is way too small and actually scraped off plastic from the auxiliary audio cable i use in my car. It's also very difficult to remove once installed.

I would suggest also using an alcohol wipe to thoroughly clean the screen otherwise you will have bubbles
