No broken capsules ever so no oily mess to contend with as with other gel capsules. I wish the lid was a popup lid instead of screw, so the softgels are easier to take out.

Trashed it. I have severe celiac, and by the 4th day taking this supplement, had migraine, brain fog and swollen joints - my leading symptoms when cross contaminated by gluten.
