The only draw back was they shipped inside a much larger box and i completely over looked them when i emptied the contents but u have a toddler who climbed in the box of course so they didnt get tossed with the trash these are very small

Im not sure what the little connectors are for since these little glow sticks dont bent but they come in a variety of colors and i couldnt be more pleased with them
