Pros & Cons
Pros
Optical image stabilization is highly effective. Tube attaches to the camera body and televonverter goes between lens and tube. I love this lense, straight after i got i went out, it was raining and dark. As a former 35mm film photographer and nikon f... Read More
The lens is built in japan. It is larger and heavier than other fuji lenses. The jpegs from the fuji with this lens is very satisfying. You can download the jpeg from here.
This one is the pinnacle so far. Great separation between background and subject. Used to isolate subject matter from surroundings.
Fujinon xf series zoom for x-mount cameras (or use an adapter). Nearly prime quality at most focal lengths. The zoom range is very useful, but feels shorter in use - it is just under 3x.
This lens gathers as much light allowing similar shutter speeds in a given lighting situation as a ff 70-200 f2. It is also smaller, lighter and less expensive than the canon. Have owned nikon and canon equipment over many years.

Quality
If you have already read formal reviews about the 50140mm you are already aware that optical quality is rated very highly

It will be way too large for the xt10xt20 and the xpro series viewfinder isn’t adapted to it
Price
About 12 the price of the latest 70200 f2
The asterisk on size weight and cost is there because the lens is bigger heavier and more expensive than other fuji lenses zoom... Read More
