At the end of the day the freedom chair provided two excellent positions upright which forced me to keep my posture correct i use a lumo lift which i highly recommend and reclined which relaxed my back while properly supporting my head didnt allow me hunch forward to view the screen which ruins your posture

I tend to want to put the back at its lowest position which makes no sense for someone who is six feet
