I have had the camera for over 2 years and after upgrading my computer and my internet account could not get the cameras to work remotely

I suggest watching the awkwardhamster video on youtube to setup port forwarding on your router to make this work

Update june 21 2017 after following the instructions provided by foscam in the response to my original review below i was able to get safari to access the webcam again by installing the linked plugin after which i was able to update the firmware in the camera

That all having been done i feel better about raising the review to four stars as the camera itself is still great
