Product is good. Works well, bought this only for the bleach refill. Saves your tank parts from the chemicals in the cartridge which is why i bought it.

Why is it that my last two orders of refills contained all the working parts of the device

It could be a little bit difficult to install if you have a lined tank and also the pipe is a little bit difficult to push into the supply side
