Pros
Simple to install and refill. If you want a refillable basket there are other companies that make that sort of thing as well as youtube videos to modify.
Flush & sparkle really does the job of maintaining the cleanliness of the bowl. It is much cheaper than a maid. They are bachelors who don't clean very often and if i can lighten the load of scrubbing their bathrooms, i do.
The bleach one is a little strong smelling. The blue one is fine though. I like the blue color because it's easy to tell when to change the cartridge out. Now in both. You can scrub with a few scrubs of your brush.
Cons
Blue cartridge clogs the whole system and overflows. New refills are blue and don't seal. The blue version of this product do not work the water never really turn blue it seems to get very diluted and gum up in dispenser.
It states it lasts up to 3 months. Not as advertised. In the beginning, it kind of work. Rendering the unit useless.

You have to use it in a toilet that gets flushed multiple times a day

If you stick it in a rarely used guest bathroom youre going to walk into a bleach bomb smell

I have read about problems with the colors but if course they could have hard water which might prevent the cleaning cartridges from clogging
